As a yoga teacher I had great familiarity with the body, and I was able to figure out how to work with my back and get myself out of pain. Every morning I would spend forty-five minutes or more fixing my back. As time progressed, I prolonged to create separate and better methods. In many cases I now have separate techniques available for each area of the body.
